Step 01 — Pick your aircraft

Every aircraft in our size class

The whole fleet at or below the Vision Jet / Saratoga class — piston singles, piston twins, and the one single-engine jet at the top of the class. Nothing bigger, by choice. Search, or scroll the makers.

Your Aircraft

Cirrus SR22

Step 03 — Upload your interior

Show us the cabin we’re designing

Photos of your interior as it sits today — seats, sidewalls, carpet, headliner, the worn spots and all. That is the cabin we design around: yours, as it sits. Photos are never uploaded to a server from this preview — they stay on your device. When you send your request below, the form opens an email to the shop and you attach these same photos to it, so they reach the team with your request.

No photos added yet — the four shots that help most: from the open door, the rear cabin, a seat close-up, and the flight deck.

Photo tips — read before you shoot
  • Shoot in daylight with the doors open — flash off.
  • Seats upright, headrests on, belts laid out flat.
  • Tidy the cabin: bags, headsets and charts out of frame.
  • Show the wear honestly — that’s what we’re designing around.

Step 02 — Tell us your design

Your materials, surface by surface

Core 8 Signature colors only — the same eight house leathers in the swatch books at Hangar 5. Make your picks surface by surface; the team designs from there.

Your design request

Your aircraft and every pick, by Norfolk Signature house name — exactly what the team designs from.

This sheet is your design brief — the picks the team works from. Final color approval happens with physical swatches in your hands.

Send my design request

How sending works on this preview: the button below builds your request sheet — it downloads for your records — and opens a pre-written email to the shop with your request inside. Your request reaches the team when you press Send in your email app. Photos never upload from this page — attach the same photos to that email so they land with your request. Your name, email and phone are all required — they’re how the team reaches you with your design and quote.

✓ Your design, carried in — nothing to re-type

This is the request you just built above — it travels with your submission exactly as shown. Change any pick and this updates with it.

One tap left, pilot — send the email.

Your email app should now be open with your request addressed to the shop at team@norfolkaircraftinteriors.com, reference in the subject line. Attach the photos you added in the Studio, press Send, and your request is with the team. Nothing has reached the shop yet — the email is what delivers it. If the email didn’t open, use the button below; if email isn’t handy, call (757) 844-8542 and we’ll walk it through.

Your Job ReferenceNAI-2026-····

Your representative: the Hangar 5 team. Your reference rides in the email’s subject line — quote it on any call or text, and we pick up right where this request left off. Nothing gets re-explained.

What happens next
  1. Once your email lands — your rep confirms your request within 1 business day and talks through the scope with you.
  2. We design it — the team designs from your brief, then sends your design back.
  3. You receive your design — with your written quote, priced against physical swatches. If your cabin needs a hands-on look first, we book that inspection on the same call.
  4. On your go-ahead — your job is booked into a hangar slot, and the benches build the design you approved.

Your request sheet downloaded too — it matches the email word for word; keep it for your records.

The Work

What Hangar 5 does

Seats, panels, carpet and trim, all under one roof. The work should look right on delivery day and still look right a thousand hours later.

SVC — 01

Full Cabin Refurbishment

Seats, sidewalls, headliner, carpet and trim out and rebuilt as one design — the complete transformation, planned around your flying schedule.

SVC — 02

Seats & Foam

New foam sculpted to your frame, upholstered in Signature leather with diamond, straight or French-seam stitching and matched restraint webbing.

SVC — 03

Sidewalls & Headliner

Panels recovered and refit so the whole cabin reads as one piece — no new seats sitting in a tired room.

SVC — 04

Carpet & Flooring

Patterned, bound and fitted carpet sets cut for your exact floor plan, in house colors that tie the cabin together.

SVC — 05

Repairs & Refresh

Bolster wear, cracked vinyl, tired foam, one rough seat in an otherwise good cabin — targeted work that brings it back without a full teardown.

SVC — 06

Sit down in Hangar 5 with the physical swatch books. We'll build your palette against your paint scheme and panel, in real light.

Aircraft we know, panel by panel

We don't do a little of everything — we do these airframes completely. Piston singles, piston twins, and the Vision Jet at the top of the range. Nothing bigger, by choice: it's how the work stays this good.

The SR cabin, inside out

Our home turf since 2016. The SR's sculpted seats take diamond quilting and perforated inserts well, and the two-tone treatment — dark bolsters, lighter centers — is the one most owners pick. G1 through G7, CAPS-era panels and all.

Cost Guide

What moves the number

The first question every owner asks is what a refurb costs — and the honest answer is that scope writes the number, not a price list. Here is what actually drives a quote at Hangar 5, by aircraft class, so you can plan with your eyes open. Your figure itself is written by hand, after a look at your real cabin.

Cost Guide · The Drivers, by Class

Class 01

Single Piston

Cirrus SR · Bonanza · Cessna & Piper singles

ScopeThe biggest lever there is — a seat refresh with panels staying put is a different job from the whole room rebuilt as one design.
Foam conditionWorn foam is rebuilt and re-sculpted before new leather goes on — you feel it on every long leg, and it’s bench time.
Pattern workDiamond quilting and perforated inserts are hours of careful sewing; a straight seam is not. Pattern is a choice with a cost shape.
Carry-throughMatching panels, headliner and carpet to the seats costs more than seats alone — and it’s what makes a cabin read as one design.
Class 02

Twin Piston

Piper Navajo & Seneca · Beechcraft Baron · Cessna twins

Seat countFour seats in a Seminole, six in a Seneca, up to eight in a Chieftain — every additional seat is foam, leather and hours.
Club layoutsFacing seats, tables and side ledges multiply the panels and the patterning across a bigger floor plan.
Panel & headliner areaA twin’s cabin is simply more room — more sidewall, more headliner, more carpet cut to the exact floor.
Age & conditionDecades-old vinyl, cracked panels and tired foam underneath decide how much rebuilding happens before the new work starts.
Class 03

Vision Jet

Cirrus SF50 · G1 & G2 — the top of our range

Full-cabin programThe G1 treatment is the whole cabin — seats, quilted bulkhead, panels, headliner, carpet — and it prices like the whole cabin.
Quilted bulkhead & webbingFull-width quilting and matched restraint webbing across up to seven seats is detail work, seat by seat.
Jet standardMaterials, documentation and finish held to jet standard — the cabin has to satisfy a jet owner’s eye, up close.
Carry-throughOne design, front to back — crew seats, cabin and bulkhead in the same treatment, nothing left factory-tired.

Your number follows a hands-on inspection of your cabin at Hangar 5, against physical swatches, with the scope written out line by line — and it’s written by the same hands that will cut and sew your cabin. No surprises after that number.

How It Works

From first photo to first flight

01

Tell us — here, or at the hangar

Send a design request from the Studio above — your aircraft, your Core 8 picks, photos of your interior — or sit with the swatch books in Hangar 5. Same starting line either way.

02

We design it by hand

A designer on the team draws your design up around your aircraft and your photos.

03

Approve the real thing, then we build

You approve the design against physical leather, and only then does your interior come out — patterned piece by piece and rebuilt: foam, leather, stitch, webbing, carpet.

04

Fit, inspect, fly it home

Everything goes back in and is inspected panel by panel — if a seam isn't straight, it doesn't leave. Then the delivery walk-around, with you in the left seat.
